Ni Hoa Ki Lan Cake

This cake was a lot of fun to make. It is strawberry cake filled with raspberry cream. Everything on the cake is fondant and edible. The mom brought her daughter to pick it up and she absolutely loved it. The mom just kept saying it was beautiful. I was glad to make it.

These are coordinating cupcake for the Snow White cake. The princess shoes are sugar cookies covered in royal icing. The flowers are a mixture of gum paste and fondant. The cupcakes are strawberry flavored covered in yellow butter cream. They were delicious.

I made this cake for my daughter's 4th birthday. She loves Snow White. The cake is Strawberry filled with yellow butter cream. The cottage is made out of rice krispie treats and than covered in fondant. It turned out really cute and she absolutely loved it.

Wedding Cake

This is a coordinating sheet cake that was made for the reception. This one had blue flowers but the rest had pink flowers in the middle. They were all yellow cake with raspberry cream filling.
The wedding cake was three different flavors. The top was chocolate, the middle is carrot, the bottom is yellow. They are all filled with raspberry cream. The flowers and a fondant and gumpaste mix. They are all made by hand and than put on the cake. The middle of each flower is dusted with pearl dust. I had fun and I don't think it was too bad for my first wedding cake.

Princess and The Frog Birthday Cake

This was for a 9 year old birthday party. She loves Princess and the Frog. The cake is lemon filled with vanilla buttercream.

Playboy Bunny cake. This is a three layer french vanilla cake filled with raspberry mousee. It is covered in MMF. The white letters have edible jewels on them. Everything is covered with white pearl dust.

Electric Guitar cake made for a birthday party. Cake is lemon covered in buttercream than topped with marshmallow fondant. This cake will serve 30 people.
